Complete refurbishment of a first floor flat overlooking the square for rental, with a new staircase to allow the client access to rear roof terrace from their flat below. Future work will open up the rental flat as a new first floor to the property below. The staircase is a major new element in a very tall, but narrow space; it is supported only at the top and bottom, with a clear slot between it and the wall which allows light to filter down to the staircase below.
